Rotaviral infection in children from structure acute diarrheal diseases
Study included analysis of clinical and epidemiological rotaviral infection (RVI) in 71
infants in two groups: I group - mono-RVI (confirmed by detection of rotaviral antigen and
negative bacteriological tests of feaces) - 21 children (30%) and group II - mixed- RVI
(confirmed by detection of rotaviral antigen and pathogenic and conditionally pathogenic
Enterobacteriaceae in bacteriological tests of feaces) - 50 children (70%). The patients were
hospitalized with severe or moderate forms, state of negative background, concomitant diseases
and complications. Bacteriological tests of feces in patients with mono- RVI were negative in
those with mixed-IRV revealed pathogenic enterobacteria (Salmonella gr. B - 2%), or pathogenic
enterobacteria conditioning diagnostic titer (St.aureus - 20%, Escherichia coli haemolizantae -
18%, Kluyvera cryocrescens - 14%, St.epidermidis, Enterobacter gergovital, Enterobacter
agglomerans - of 10% and other CPE at 2 to 4%). All patients with mono- RVI and 78% with
mixed-RVI were discharged with recovery, the 22% of infants with mixt-RVI being discharged,
their general condition being better. |
