Overweight and obesity in children and adolescents is growing fast worldwide. There is an urgent need to develop effective programs to treat childhood and adolescent obesity and to prevent that young people to become obese adults. Inactivity and low levels of physical activity are believed to be important contributors for. increasing prevalence of obesity among children and adolescents. |
