The article presents an analysis of literature data compared to our own data in the field of
immunology of inflammatory bowel disease. Role of immunological disorders and
immunological markers (including autoantibodies and cytokines) in the pathogenesis, diagnosis,
evolution, prognosis and treatment of Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are analyzed
historically and in modern perspective.</dc:description>
<dc:description xml:lang='ro'>Articolul prezintă o analiză a datelor din literatură de specialitate în comparaţie cu datele
proprii în domeniul imunologiei bolilor inflamatorii intestinale. Rolul dereglărilor imunologice şi
markerilor imunologici (înclusiv, autoanticorpi şi citokine) în patogeneza, diagnosticul, evolutia,
pronosticul şi tratamentul colitei ulceroase şi al boalei Crohn sunt analizate din punct de vedere
istoric şi din perspectivă modernă.</dc:description>
