The article considers physical education as one of the important components of comprehensive development of the personality, as a means of interaction between physical and aesthetic education in educational process participants. Integration of physical and aesthetic education is based on physical and spiritual beauty, external (physical) and internal (spiritual) harmony and grace – harmony of movements and harmony of feelings. The main way of aesthetic education in the process of physical education is associated with the development of a sense of rhythm, the nurturing of the beauty of movements, the formation of aesthetic culture and the culture of movements in educational process participants in educational institutions. |
