The author approaches the problem of the paid library services in the context of their legal, and of the transformations of internal and external environments. Paid services can’t be forced; they are established according to the specifics and the conditions of the library activity (users, founders, functional spaces, equipment etc.). For Moldova remains in actuality the problem of elaborating the legal background for the paid services in library conditions. |
