This article studies everyone’s right to live in a healthy environment, an environment that should give him/her the possibility to a physical and psychic prosperous development. The study brings in evidence the role and great importance of a healthy environment on the quality of live, physical and psychic integrity of the individual. It studies the environmental protection problems in the process of implementation of the fundamental right to life, to physical and psychic integrity; some negative aspects of man’s influence on the environment as some of the negative influences of the polluted environment on the quality of life and man’s health.
