This article deals with the analysis of the attitude of the young generation regarding the quality of juridical instruction. The evaluation of the initial juridical formation quality is treated from the perspective of the following: faculty professionalism, university curriculum quality, the quality and quantity of modern teaching means, the quality of informational services, the psychological environment at the university, especially teacher-student relations, the quality of the mechanisms of students’ knowledge evaluation, the quality of classrooms space, campus living quality. On the basis of the obtained data of sociological investigation, some proposals concerning the efficiency of the initial juridical formation were worked out.
