The existing difficulties of ensuring the protection of the copyright lead to more intensive discussions on the necessity to establish some international multilateral and universal agreements in the field of the copyright, which would give the possibility to eliminate the differences and contradictions between the national legislations, to ensure the minimal level of protection of the copyright and to create necessary conditions to fight against the piracy in the world. |
