The article reflects the results of research on the mental stress of adolescents who do sports. The psychology of physical and sports education, as a branch of the science of psychology, studies the intellectual and educational processes of the adolescent preoccupied with sports, the behavioral peculiarities, as well as the way of motor manifestation. |
