Цитируя позиции разных авторов, мы задаемся целью определить, являются или нет участники Операции по Поддержанию Мира, комбатантами.

The legal status of the participants in the Peacekeeping Operations through the prism of combatant status remains one of the undermined questions in the field of humanitarian law. For illuminating this point, author of the given article analyzes both the positions of the International Red Cross and the United Nations Organization. Quoting positions of the different authors, we aim to define, if the participants of Peacekeeping Operations are defined as combatants.
