The study of Dacian calendar we started from structures located on the land, i.e., all sanctuaries near Hunedoara, massive Şureanu. We started with the idea that the architecture of such assemblies should be sacred. Therefore, all components, even those not taken - such as plinths, must respect some rules sacred. These rules are manifested by numerical schemes (sacred figures, numeric reports sacred golden section, for example, geometrical reports that "π" - 3.14) or astronomical reports that may lead to the formation of a calendar. Based on data contained in the Great Circular Sanctuary have designed a calendar called new Dacian and Year Zero, in which the number of years until today. The data contained in the Great Sanctuary Circular are as follows: 104 in the first outer circle stones, 210 stones (30 cycles of seven stones) in the second circle, which is attached to the first, 84 wooden poles in the third round (poles are placed just to see where plinths in the ground) and 34 wooden poles in the central apse (here pillars are only a guide, not the original building). |
