Renal angiomyolipoma (AMLR) is benign tumor with favorable forecast. AMLR is present in different proportions of adipose tissue, smooth muscle and vessels with pathological aspect. Diagnosis in the most of cases is established by USG and CT exam. Asymptomatic AMLR , smaller than 5 cm can be regular follow-up by CT at 6 month. The indications for nephron-sparing surgery have large tumors, or AMLR with symptomatic lesions .The optimal interventions is partial nephrectomy.
