Rezumat

Several classes of heterocycles have been synthesized employing various techniques including stepwise or one-pot multicomponent approaches and both classical and microwave assisted reactions. Various 1D and 2D multinuclear NMR techniques have been used to assign and fully characterize both the nature-inspired synthesized compounds as well as some nature-mistakenly created metabolites with life-threatening effects. NNRRRRRNNRRRRRNNRRNNRRRRRXHOOHOO The synthesized compounds target life-improving effects, whereas some nature-released compounds are adversely affecting the organism, their early detection being essential for a positive outcome of the disease.
