| Rezumat | ||||||
The author of the article gives the estimation of the condition of the social help to children-orphans and children without parental support at the present stage. The author points out that the support of children-orphans is one of the mainstreams of contemporary state policy of Russian Federation. The main idea of the given article is expressed in the analysis of influence of state-public system of helping the children who have occurred to be in a difficult vital situation. |
