| Rezumat | ||||||
The priority objective of education is the developing of well-competitive human resources and also personal growth. The modern realities require from children the abilities to adapt and integrate. The interactions between them presuppose the ability and availability of each human being to understand the state of mind and the mental state of others. The empathy influences all human behaviours, facilitates the relationship with others, interpersonal communication, understanding others and building an own strategies of actions in society. Empathy development is very significant during adolescence when moral values and life prospects, new perspectives on life and relationship between people are increasing intensely. The article contains the results of empathy development in adolescence depending on gender and age. |
