At present, there is an increasing importance given to the continuous vocational training of teachers. This is not only seen as a way of personal development of teachers, but becomes a superior investment in increasing the quality of work and life. Continuous teacher training is essential because teachers also play an important role as agents of change in the educational process. Modern times have changed the identity of students and therefore require a redefinition of the styles and roles of the teacher. It is necessary to reshape the teaching-learning models from the ground up, in order to provide students with a quality education. |
