The defining principle of the industrial property protection is the exclusive right on the industrial property objects protected in the respective mode. The exclusive right is the right to dispose, to use, to prohibit the non authorized utilization of the industrial property objects. None of public authorities or an other legal Institution shall not limit this right without owner’s consent. It is a duty of the state to recognize the exclusive right in the total principle thereof, creating real conditions according to which the owner will have possibility to prohibit any actions limiting such right. An other IPP principle is the right to an owner remunerate or an industrial property object author as a result of utilization thereof. Evidently, that AGEPI playing an important role in this field shall be supported by other state republic organizations and institutions having a direct or indirect attitude to the respective field. Accordingly, in the IPP field there are not existing any specific static rules or an established system for ever; these rules are depending on every one of us, on the interpretation of the standards in the legislation and in which manure we are promoting the practical creation in this field, as well as on keeping such principles not only on the AGEPI level but on the Government one and on the level of justice.
