and the genetic engineering
are playing more and more part in
the large scale of national and a
international economy, the need of
maintenance and incentive o
investments in the biotechnology
domain become very important.
However, this work can not be
carried out without providing the
corresponding and effective
legal protection of the biotechnological
inventions on national and
international level.
In this connection for harmonization
of national legislation with
the Provisions of the European
Parliament 98/EC on legal protection
of the biotechnological
inventions some additions were
introduced in the national legislation
on patents for inventions
referred to observance of personality
dignity and integrity basic
principles, of public order and
morality.</description>
