В данной статье предложено определение индивидуальных мер предотвращения незаконного обращения с оружием, боевыми припасами или взрывчатыми веществами в Украине; охарактеризована система факторов, которые влияют на избрание объекта для осуществления индивидуальных мер по предотвращению незаконного обращения с оружием. Автор статьи подчеркивает, что предотвращение преступлений осуществляется на общесоциальном, специально-криминологическом и индивидуальном уровнях

Autorul acestui articol a oferit definiția măsurilor individuale privind prevenirea manipulării ilegale a armamentului, a bunurilor militare sau a explozivilor în Ucraina; a caracterizat sistemul de factori care influențează selectarea unui obiect pentru punerea în aplicare a măsurilor individuale privind prevenirea manipulării ilegale a armelor. Autorul articolului a subliniat că prevenirea criminalității se desfășoară la niveluri sociale generale, în special criminologice și individuale.
