Background. Several means have been formulated to measure physical function in most chronic inflammatory diseases. Although the validity of tools for assessing physical function is far from argumentative, they are used everywhere. Objective of the study. Assessing the impact of disease activity and radiological changes on functional status in psoriatic arthritis. Material and Methods. For this analysis, the database of the Rheumatology and Nephrology Discipline was used and included 178 consecutive patients with psoriatic arthritis, without subsequent eligibility criteria, which were observed for several years, both outpatient and inpatient. Results. BASFI and DFI correlated significantly (0.88). The correlation coefficient for mSASSS and BASFI was equal to 0.508 and for mSASSS and DFI equal to 0.464, suggesting a moderate correlation relationship. The correlation coefficient for the relationship between BASDAI and BASFI was equal to 0.79 and for BASDAI and DFI equal to 0.69 suggesting a moderate to significant correlation relationship. The correlation between mSASSS and BASFI or DFI was dependent on the BASDAI level. Conclusion. It has been shown that the physical function reported by the patient is not only dependent on the signs and symptoms reported by the patient (disease activity), but also on the degree of structural damage |

Concluzii. S-a demonstrat că funcția fizică raportată de pacient nu este dependentă doar de semnele și simptomele raportate de pacient (activitatea bolii), dar și de gradul leziunilor structurale.</p></cfAbstr> <cfResPubl_Class> <cfClassId>eda2d9e9-34c5-11e1-b86c-0800200c9a66</cfClassId> <cfClassSchemeId>759af938-34ae-11e1-b86c-0800200c9a66</cfClassSchemeId> <cfStartDate>2021T24:00:00</cfStartDate> </cfResPubl_Class> <cfResPubl_Class> <cfClassId>e601872f-4b7e-4d88-929f-7df027b226c9</cfClassId> <cfClassSchemeId>40e90e2f-446d-460a-98e5-5dce57550c48</cfClassSchemeId> <cfStartDate>2021T24:00:00</cfStartDate> </cfResPubl_Class> <cfPers_ResPubl> <cfPersId>ibn-person-29090</cfPersId> <cfClassId>49815870-1cfe-11e1-8bc2-0800200c9a66</cfClassId> <cfClassSchemeId>b7135ad0-1d00-11e1-8bc2-0800200c9a66</cfClassSchemeId> <cfStartDate>2021T24:00:00</cfStartDate> </cfPers_ResPubl> <cfPers_ResPubl> <cfPersId>ibn-person-11727</cfPersId> <cfClassId>49815870-1cfe-11e1-8bc2-0800200c9a66</cfClassId> <cfClassSchemeId>b7135ad0-1d00-11e1-8bc2-0800200c9a66</cfClassSchemeId> <cfStartDate>2021T24:00:00</cfStartDate> </cfPers_ResPubl> <cfPers_ResPubl> <cfPersId>ibn-person-18889</cfPersId> <cfClassId>49815870-1cfe-11e1-8bc2-0800200c9a66</cfClassId> <cfClassSchemeId>b7135ad0-1d00-11e1-8bc2-0800200c9a66</cfClassSchemeId> <cfStartDate>2021T24:00:00</cfStartDate> </cfPers_ResPubl> <cfPers_ResPubl> <cfPersId>ibn-person-12009</cfPersId> <cfClassId>49815870-1cfe-11e1-8bc2-0800200c9a66</cfClassId> <cfClassSchemeId>b7135ad0-1d00-11e1-8bc2-0800200c9a66</cfClassSchemeId> <cfStartDate>2021T24:00:00</cfStartDate> </cfPers_ResPubl> <cfPers_ResPubl> <cfPersId>ibn-person-36237</cfPersId> <cfClassId>49815870-1cfe-11e1-8bc2-0800200c9a66</cfClassId> <cfClassSchemeId>b7135ad0-1d00-11e1-8bc2-0800200c9a66</cfClassSchemeId> <cfStartDate>2021T24:00:00</cfStartDate> </cfPers_ResPubl> </cfResPubl> <cfPers> <cfPersId>ibn-Pers-29090</cfPersId> <cfPersName_Pers> <cfPersNameId>ibn-PersName-29090-3</cfPersNameId> <cfClassId>55f90543-d631-42eb-8d47-d8d9266cbb26</cfClassId> <cfClassSchemeId>7375609d-cfa6-45ce-a803-75de69abe21f</cfClassSchemeId> <cfStartDate>2021T24:00:00</cfStartDate> <cfFamilyNames>Russu</cfFamilyNames> <cfFirstNames>Eugen</cfFirstNames> </cfPersName_Pers> </cfPers> <cfPers> <cfPersId>ibn-Pers-11727</cfPersId> <cfPersName_Pers> <cfPersNameId>ibn-PersName-11727-3</cfPersNameId> <cfClassId>55f90543-d631-42eb-8d47-d8d9266cbb26</cfClassId> <cfClassSchemeId>7375609d-cfa6-45ce-a803-75de69abe21f</cfClassSchemeId> <cfStartDate>2021T24:00:00</cfStartDate> <cfFamilyNames>Groppa</cfFamilyNames> <cfFirstNames>Liliana</cfFirstNames> </cfPersName_Pers> </cfPers> <cfPers> <cfPersId>ibn-Pers-18889</cfPersId> <cfPersName_Pers> <cfPersNameId>ibn-PersName-18889-3</cfPersNameId> <cfClassId>55f90543-d631-42eb-8d47-d8d9266cbb26</cfClassId> <cfClassSchemeId>7375609d-cfa6-45ce-a803-75de69abe21f</cfClassSchemeId> <cfStartDate>2021T24:00:00</cfStartDate> <cfFamilyNames>Chişlari</cfFamilyNames> <cfFirstNames>Lia</cfFirstNames> </cfPersName_Pers> </cfPers> <cfPers> <cfPersId>ibn-Pers-12009</cfPersId> <cfPersName_Pers> <cfPersNameId>ibn-PersName-12009-3</cfPersNameId> <cfClassId>55f90543-d631-42eb-8d47-d8d9266cbb26</cfClassId> <cfClassSchemeId>7375609d-cfa6-45ce-a803-75de69abe21f</cfClassSchemeId> <cfStartDate>2021T24:00:00</cfStartDate> <cfFamilyNames>Rotaru</cfFamilyNames> <cfFirstNames>Larisa</cfFirstNames> </cfPersName_Pers> </cfPers> <cfPers> <cfPersId>ibn-Pers-36237</cfPersId> <cfPersName_Pers> <cfPersNameId>ibn-PersName-36237-3</cfPersNameId> <cfClassId>55f90543-d631-42eb-8d47-d8d9266cbb26</cfClassId> <cfClassSchemeId>7375609d-cfa6-45ce-a803-75de69abe21f</cfClassSchemeId> <cfStartDate>2021T24:00:00</cfStartDate> <cfFamilyNames>Kazak</cfFamilyNames> <cfFirstNames>Viktor</cfFirstNames> </cfPersName_Pers> </cfPers> </CERIF>
