Rezumat

Last 20 years some deep transformation processes was appeared after two important geo-historical events in the European space. One it is the collapse USSR and the other - creation of EU. Moldova stays under influence of both of it, and this feature governs a condition on it's field of security. At the same time security architecture runs up to change towards regionalization and diversification of subjects, objects and methods of security making. In particular, it is a way of "securitization" or "desecuritisation", "local" or "global" priorities of security, "strong" and "soft" indicators of security. Topics of the paper regards with nature of relations between "strong" and "soft" security, with some present and future prospective of the "soft" dimension. The basic approach is, that soft security policy forms a long time protection against social threats, but the strong security policy makes only a short time protection. The first way leads towards social architecture, where sources of military threats and security/military forces are less, but the second provides security by escalation of security/military forces. Soft security can to decrease the war of consciousness, identities, cultures and "selfs" (or Da-seins, if to use Heidegger's term), what is situated under wars of sol¬ diers, military forces and States. In this light it explains the vision of the case of Moldova with neighboring regions and States in the context of relations of "national - Europe" security relations and with focusing of attention on the aspects of memory security. The main conclusion is that stopping of memory wars around Moldova's State border is the factor of basic desecuritisation of this field.
