In the contemporary society, the upgrading of the national economy is inconceivable without the existence of well-formed investment programs because in
vestment is the material support of economic growth. Based on calculations, available
material and human resources it can be targeted to areas of maximum efficiency for these divisions to advance the national economy. Attracting foreign
investors is a complicated process for any growing economy, as foreign investment is one of the safest ways to stimulate growth.
