This paper discusses the consequences of Covid-19 on food supply in Israel. It describes the steps that are needed to take care of safe food supply for the entire population, especially the poor and atrisk ones. Also, it underlines how the Health system of Israel succeeded to vaccinate a majority of population so fast, and how this policy will take the country out of the crisis. |
