Rezumat

Through the Administrative Code, the Romanian Government has undertaken reforms in the civil service recruitment policy. The decision on the policy option regarding the recruitment system was taken by the Romanian Government to respond to the challenges faced by the human resources management system in public administration, challenges that have a direct or indirect impact on the quality of the recruitment process. The new recruitment model, which implies a National Competition, as a first step of this procedure, will be applied to all central and territorial public administration institutions and the National Agency of Civil Servants will have a coordinating role of the entire process.
