| Rezumat | |
The problem of pneumoenteritis of young cattle with a viral-bacterial etiology remains urgent and serious, despite the impressive arsenal of means to combat these diseases. The article provides data on the effect of the developed associated inactivated vaccine against viral diarrhea, rota- and coronavirus infection, colibacteriosis and proteosis of Enterovak-5 calves on cow blood morphological indices. It was found that after vaccination in the cows of the experimental group there was an increase in hemoglobin by 10.5%, red blood cells by 12.2%, hematocrit by 10.3%. In the cows of the control group, these indicators changed as follows: an increase in hemoglobin by 7%, red blood cells by 6.8% and hematocrit by 8%. Thus, two-fold vaccination of cows of the associated inactivated vaccine "Enterovak-5" does not have a negative effect on morphological indicators of blood, its hemoglobin content and the amount of hematocrit. |
