Rezumat

For the training of highly qualified female table tennis players from novice athletes, an 8-year period of the systemic training process is optimally required, which provides for eight annual macrocycles, which include the necessary types of sports training, interdependent with the stage tasks to be solved and the specific level of playing qualifications. In so doing, each annual macrocycle of sports training has continuity, both in the volume of training influences on female athletes, and in the conditioned combination of all necessary types of training influences, which reflect the pedagogical, psychological, physical and technical-tactical aspects of sports training. The studies used in each annual macrocycle provided for the acquisition of factual data that would make it possible objectively judge what impacts, in what volume, what predominant direction and what character of their distribution is the most optimal. This article presents the features of training in the first annual macrocycle.
