This topical work presents a methodology for the introduction of some technologies for the restoration and recreation of the organism of border guards in order to optimize their health. The issue of preserving and strengthening the health of border guards, who face many risk factors, is a priority in the field of medicine for a healthy person, but also for specialists in the field of physical culture, who can contribute to the implementation of a universal mechanism for optimizing their health by methods and means of physical culture. As a result of the pedagogical experiment carried out in the unit, in the real conditions of the border guards' activity, a methodology was developed and implemented, which provided for the daily use of all means, methods and procedures for restoration and recreation the organism according to a given algorithm: gymnastic exercises (morning exercises), contrast shower, special physical exercise (in micro-breaks), playing tennis (during rest breaks), a walk home (after a work shift) and a hot shower (before bed). Acting together on the body, these factors have a positive effect on the experimental group, which demonstrated the results of medical-biological and motor tests and a comparative analysis of the results with the control group. |
