The essence of physical education is the human movement put at the service of improving the physical and mental condition of people, harmonious physical development and maintaining health. Since human movement, or human motor skills, is represented by the totality of motor acts and actions, performed by man in order to maintain relations with the natural and social environment, education for movement is not a matter, but even a condition of human existence.
