The role of motor activities is to optimize the health of students, using different means, methods and technologies, so that the effects of these activities benefit all students, regardless of the level of skills or abilities of their abilities. The essence of physical education is the human movement put at the service of improving the physical and mental condition of people, harmonious physical development and maintaining health. Since human movement, or human motor skills, is represented by the totality of motor acts and actions, performed by man in order to maintain relations with the natural and social environment, education for movement is not a matter, but even a condition of human existence. |
