Contents of the article provides the minimum criteria for the development of 2 rooms with four beds with a minimum comfort for agri-hostels. Minimum investment required to develop an agri-hostels allows efficient estimation for a good business. Developing the agri-hostels like rural business growth prospects and living standards enables contribute to ensuring environmental compliance and importance of rural tourism for local population.</p></description>
