The state is the supreme organ of the right, and the right/ law is given off by the human
nation. Starting from this point, the doctorand proves the existence of a connection of
interdependence, and also an interdisciplinary one between the states, but in the same time one of
determination in the process of historical development, as well as in the actual contemporary
development.
