Family violence it’s an actual problem which is presented in almost whole countries from the world. It is specific for all ethnics groups based on racial, economical, gender, class differences. Do-mestic violence appears in the frame of the societies without culture or social values. This kind of human relationships is a relevant problem for all its members. Women and children suffer most of all categories of persons because they are exposed more than other persons to this risk. Actually, the cases of violence are increasing and represent one of global human problems.
