By nature we are all born to live a happy life on earth and enjoy it. Unfortunately, there are people who can not enjoy life as you can. Have you ever thought that the possibility to walk, to see, to hear, to talk and to think is a real happiness? In this article I analysed the national and international mechanisms to protecting the persons with disabilities. Each state provides equal rights for its citizens in summer 2010, our country, Republic of Moldova adhered to convention that provide for people with disabilities. Many state and voluntary organization and even ordinary people help these disabiled persons to socially adapt and integrate them in our life not depriving of anything. |
