| Rezumat | ||||||
Peculiarities of topographical anatomy of sterno-cartilage section of thoracic wall in thoracoscopic access are very important. Deep thoracic blood vessels are projected from stenoclavicular joint to the point on costal arch lateral by 4cm from xiphoid process. Under the Vth rib from the side of pleural cavity they are covered by dense tendinous fibers of thoracic cross muscle. |
