This article analyzes the processes of the constitution and activity of the
Moldovan parliamentary diplomacy in the period of independency. The specific
characteristics of the activity of the parliamentary commission of external affairs have
also been analyzed as well as the parliament’s activity regarding European integration.
This article is very timely in the light of the events that took place on the 7th of April as
they served as a cause for need to restore the parliamentary archives.
