The public administration is the work of organizing and executing specific law achieved mainly by government institutions. The staff is one the means of government actions. The civil servants are the human resources of public administration. Ensuring the guality of provided services in the government depends on the guality of human resources. Occupational stress can affect all employees within any levels of the organization. Stress does not affect only the security and health of the persons, but the “health” of organization and national economies too. Occupational stress is a much deeper and widespread problem than it has been approached so far. |
