Empathy is an essential treasure that is involved in psychotherapy, one of the most important allies of psychotherapist. Rogers said that it’s vital that the specialist preserves the condition that ―he feels like client feels‖, avoiding mixture his emotions with client emotions, so just to be able to understand and help the client effectively. Future psychologist or psychotherapist personality is a determining factor in creating therapeutic relations and integration of psychotherapeutic methods and ethical values.
