The article examines the factors that contribute to the folding conditions of the Bulgarian national liberation in the eighteenth century. Among them can be attributed to the structural crisis in the Ottoman Empire. An important factor of strengthening of public initiatives was the decentralization of economic and political life. In the XVIII century have not been the tasks of national liberation. The most widespread reaction of the population began migration. But Paisii Hilendarski has already called for a study of the native language and culture |
