Rezumat

For the last 20 years (’80 and ‘90) there have been done experimental and clinic researches of the laser radiation on biological objects. The infrared diapason is considered optimal in physiotherapy. The infrared and impulse lasers with a 800-1500nm diapason are considered to be the best for the medical practice. They can work in impulse regimes with the power of the impulse of 10 Watt and prolongation of 50-200 ms. The peculiarities of the above-mentioned lasers allow for a strictly dosed noninvasive therapy (through the skin) at 7-12 cm depth.
