<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'>The given work represents studying semiotics of relapse and differential to diagnostics at application of imaging’s methods of research, allows solving diagnostic problems between good-quality changes and relapse depending on histological type of tumors. Patients with suspicious of relapse breast cancer (n=91) were examined by mammography, sonography and magnetic resonance mammography. Sensitivity for mammography was 81%, for sonography it was 70% and for MRI it was 91,1% for relapse locale breast cancer.</description>
