The article is devoted to a new approach for Ukraine to provide metadisciplinary assistance to toddlers with developmental disorders and their families through inclusion in early intervention programs. The author proved that the technology of habilitation and rehabilitation of speech disorders for toddlers in the early intervention system works more successfully not only with the presence of all the child development facilitators, but also depends on their level of competence. It was established experimentally that even though the children from the orphanage are making a positive change in the level of speech development, but the absence of the main facilitating environment - mother - adversely affects not only the development of speech, but also the psychomotor development of the child as a whole. Manifestations of maternal deprivation were found in these children at all levels of child development: sensory, motor, cognitive and speech. |
