The features and quality characteristics of the world markets associated with economic globalization and the new configuration of competitive relations, supply, demand are illustrated. Current trends, internal contradictions, conditions, driving forces, prerequisites of the formation and development prospects of the global market are investigated. Specificity of TNC`s functioning and processes of formation of new cluster, corporative, networking and other kinds of structural formations are highlighted, and the necessity of controllability in the new scale is proved taking into account the factors of market relations globalization |
