Modern educational process must be oriented for a personality to be relatively adapted for social and natural life as well the young generation need to develop a necessity to self-realisation and revealing of spiritual potentials of the personality. Just because of it right today when so much attention is paid to individual, creative and self-expressing personality in our country and in other European countries, it means reconsidering of contents and technology of education. The author of the article offers to consider a number of pedagogical conditions, whose keeping will contribute to permitting developing of creative personality and a future teacher. Just development and teaching of a creative personality needs a refusal from transmitting readymade knowledge and valuably-normative imaginations. With a purpose of more effective development of creativity of future teachers. The author offers using of interactive methodology and realization diagnostical monitoring for determining the level of creativity level on each step of professional training.
