Organizational culture is a relatively new and very exciting about the modern approaches to management, the relief of intense theoretical and pragmatic concerns raised in recent decades. Its main merit is that it highlights, once again, the importance of the human factor in the success of any activity and need reconsidering its role, not just as a cost element products, work or services performed, but as the most valuable resource of an organization, capital as a genuine designed to provide a real competitive advantage. Although considered "invisible" to many experts or neglected by a number of managers, organizational culture exerts a major impact on the functionality and performance of modern enterprise. |
