Rezumat

This paper presents the results of calculations several optical parameters of ZnSxSe1-x thin films using the Swanepoel method. Have been determined the following optical contants: extinction coefficient k(l), real part e1(l) and the imaginary part e2(l) of dielectric constant, semiconductor dielectric constant at very high frequency e% and the report N /m*. The results are in good agreement with those reported for ZnSe and ZnS crystals.
