Delivery of general anaesthesia and of intravenous sedation leads to respiratory depression that requires securing free flow in the patient’s airways. Airways that are threatened in non-ventilated and non-intubated patients are significant challenges for anaesthesiologists. To reduce morbidity and mortality it is important to identify patients with a high risk of difficult intubation in pre-anesthetic assessments. Knowledge of the polymorphism of pathological states which contribute to troubles in airway management is important. Airway management manipulations must be combined in a well-structured algorithm which includes all possible situations, offering anaesthesiologists alternatives for airway protection. In this respect, the ASA TASK FORCE protocol is a useful algorithm. |

Предлагаемый протокол ASA Task Force является тем самым необходимым алгоритмом.</p></dc:description> <dc:source>Curierul Medical 306 (6) 10-13</dc:source> <dc:subject>airway</dc:subject> <dc:subject>difficult intubation</dc:subject> <dc:subject>airway management</dc:subject> <dc:subject>верхниe дыхательныe пути</dc:subject> <dc:subject>интубация</dc:subject> <dc:subject>вентиляция</dc:subject> <dc:title>Managementul căilor aeriene în anestezia pediatrică</dc:title> <dc:type>info:eu-repo/semantics/article</dc:type> </oai_dc:dc>
