The article is devoted to the analysis of methodological knowledge of teachers of higher education in the focus of modern requirements, the definitions of the term "methodology" are given in the studies of domestic teachers. The author justifies the requirements for the methodological culture of a higher school teacher by the era of globalism, interdisciplinary, integration of current problems of psychology, anthropology, ecology, demography, sociology, requiring the search for new ways to expand the scientific outlook. The article emphasizes the idea that the methodological knowledge of a higher school teacher should characterize the depth of his knowledge of the methodology of pedagogy, which includes knowledge of pedagogical and psychological theory in its constant development, as well as the ability to apply this knowledge in practice with a high proportion of the effectiveness of educational and educational activities. During the analysis of the indicated problem, the author describes the main laws and laws of psychological and pedagogical fundamental science, the knowledge of which determines one or another level of formation of methodological knowledge. In conclusion, the author concludes that it is important to find new methodological knowledge in the field of learning/education, for which interest is increasing. |
