The article provides the main conclusions on the topic of the study, the purpose of which is a comprehensive study of the offenses provided for in Part 1 and Part 2 of Article 237 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus, identifying, including using the method of historical and comparative analysis, patterns that are important for correct qualification of these criminal acts, delimiting them from related structures, as well as the search for measures aimed at protecting the monetary and financial and budgetary system of the Republic of Belarus. |
