Rezumat

The effect of separate and co-administration of Co-citrate and Ni-citrate to the sugar syrup during spring feeding of honey bees on the intensity of egg laying of queen bee has been studied. Application of Co in doses of 2 mg of (III g.) 2 (II g.) And 1 mg (IV g.) Ni – 1 mg / l 0.3 of sugar syrup and their mixtures in an amount of 2 mg and 1 mg Co Ni ( V g.) stimulates the intensity egg laying of queen bees during two 12-day registration period. The higher figures of egg laying test period in comparison with the control group has been established for bee queens II (131,5%), III (143,3%) and IV (141,8%) groups treated with 1 and 2 mg and 1 mg Co Ni, respectively. With the combined use of citrate (2 mg) and Ni (1 mg) with sugar syrup exhibits less pronounced stimulating effect. The conclusion of the feasibility of using of citrate Co and Ni, produced by nanotechnology, in the spring feeding honey bees to stimulate the reproductive function of mares has been shown
