Rezumat

The purpose of research was to compare the efficacy of anthrax vaccines, produced in Ukraine - of the study of the biological properties "Vaccines against anthrax strain Sterne 34F2» compared with other vaccines; in particular determine the residual virulence, immunogenicity and ImD50 designed to study drugs. The article presents the results of the study of the biological properties "Vaccines against anthrax strain Sterne 34F2» in comparison with other vaccines; the study of samples of the vaccine in terms of "extraneous contamination of bacterial and fungal microflora" and "residual virulence" found that all investigated vaccine series meet the requirements of regulatory documents. Determined that ImD50 was for the vaccine strain of "СВ" - 10.2 million spores; ImD50 vaccine strain of “K-79Z” - 3,3 million spores; ImD50 vaccine strain of Sterne 34F2 - 269 thousand spores. That appeared to be the most immunogenic vaccine strain of Sterne 34F2. It was established that ImD50 "Vaccines against anthrax strain of animals Sterne 34F2» are the lowest among the tested products that will reduce the amount of antigenic component (viable spores) in the vaccine to 12 ± 4 million/sm3 . This reduces the load on the immune system of the animal organism, which facilitates the formation of stable and intense anthrax immunity.
