Rezumat

the article is devoted to the assessment of the bacteriological quality of the aerosol sanitary processing of calf house in the presence of animals with disinfectant "Profiles 2000" using the method of research washes with industrial constructions. Also, given the bacteriological assessment of the mucosa of the nasal cavity of calves under "PROFILES 2000" inhalation intake. According to the results of microbiological research after the single sanitary processing with disinfectant "PROFIL2000", contamination of processed designs decreased by nutrient agar medium - 10%, in the medium Ploskireva - 60% of the specific weight of test samples.Also no growths of colonies of microorganisms were found on media Endo.However, the one-time readjustment has not reduced the growth of fungal spores and mold on medium Saburo. In the bacteriological evaluation of the status of the mucous membrane nasal calves found reduction growth of colonies on nutrient agar medium- 40%, on medium Saburo - 60%, on stafilokokkagare - 40% of the specific weight of test samples. The results are important for evaluating the sanitary condition in the prevention of infectious diseases
